An experiment in using mythic mode to confront the meaning crisis. Setting context for this post is going to be tough. It’s gonna get weird but I try to tie it all together into a useful proposal by the end. Bear with me! I tossed this idea out the other day:

very refreshing article which I found by accident. And you are running along similar lines to how I feel about orthodoxy and organised religion (myth) which tells us what me must think and believe... I love looking at all the ancient myths and find all religious texts have wisdom to offer but like you say,, we can find our own route, while still drawing on the wisdom of the ages.. Thank you ,,because I am sick of feeling like I am the only one who thinks it is okay to find my own way rather than follow the dictacts of the powerful...
